Brain Integration Technique: spreading the word

A Google search of the quoted phrase “brain integration technique” only yields 348 results. This blog, less than a month old, is on page 1 of Google’s results, at #9. The blog has 12 subscribers. Do a Google search for “Ritalin” and you get 5,040,000 results. We’ve got a ways to go before the world finds out about Brain Integration Technique.

Brain Integration Technique changed my life and I’m committed to spreading the word big time. I’ve studied a little bit of search engine optimization (how to write for the web so that your pages show up at or near the top of Google results.) I’m going to start using these techniques to get Brain Integration Technique more widely known as a healthy alternative to treating ADHD. Yes, I know that Brain Integration Technique permanently corrects ADHD but I want to sprinkle some words and phrases into articles so that people looking for ways to treat ADHD will be led here by Google.

I am publicly stating some personal goals about spreading the word:

1. I intend that there be 1,000 Google search results for “Brain Integration Technique” by the end of 2008.

2. I intend to stay on page 1 of Google results for “Brain Integration Technique” by the end of 2008.

3. I intend that there be 300 subscribers to this blog by the end of the year.

I’ll provide updates on these goals throughout the year. In the meantime, please spread the word about this blog, spread the word about Susan McCrossin, her research, and her book, and keep commenting. Together we can let people know that there is hope, that they don’t need to live with ADHD forever.

Keep up the good work Sol! Any alternative therapy is better than Ritalin. Bad stuff, man. We’ve been doing diet therapy for 6 months and the results have been good. Most of the tips we learned from an ebook called “ADHD Alternative Diets” from http://www.naturalADHDcure.com I don’t understand why diet isn’t the first option given in treatment. There are so many studies that show this is a benefit.

    Hi Jacki,

I’m glad diet therapy is working in your family. I personally tried many diets: Feingold, casein-free, gluten-free, whole foods, high protein … I tried supplements as well.

There are many factors that contribute to ADD. Food is certainly a major one. Yes, it’s one I would try first. Brain Integration Technique addresses a large number of factors that contribute to ADD.
